The Quantitative Methods Research Group's (QMRG) work is guided by four core goals: To strengthen networks, connections, and synergies within this community, fostering collaboration and exchange across institutions and researchers at different career stages; To enhance the participation of quantitative researchers and students in APSA conferences and to encourage cross-methods dialogue within the broader APSA academic community. To advance the development, applications and teaching of quantitative methods in political science across Australian universities, including their integration into both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. To create opportunities for students and early career researchers to engage with experienced quantitative researchers.
