Early bird registration will end at midnight 1 September (Australian time). The cost of registration is $50 less per person than in 2022. Following September 1st, the Conference registration costs will increase by AUD$100 per person. Registration will close on at COB on Monday 6th November AEST.

Accommodation

Catering and the Conference Dinner
To minimise the environmental impact of the Conference, the default day catering option for the Conference is plant-based.
The Conference dinner will be held on Wednesday 29th November at 7pm at the Refectory at Sydney University (https://www.hostcosydney.com/venues/refectory/), catered by HostCo. This includes both plant-based and other options. The optional Conference dinner cost includes a two-course dinner and drinks. The Conference dinner is where the APSA Prize winners will be announced.
No Conference bags, pens, or notepads to be provided
Based on the Sustainable Events policy of the University of Sydney, the Committee has opted not to provide participants with bags, pens, and notepads.
In-person
A remote viewing option is provided at low cost. Due to resource limitations, it is not interactive.
IT and Presentation Support
The University of Sydney provides access to the Eduroam wifi network. A system log-in will be provided to particiants, and presenters will be asked to present from the provided computer in their rooms, not from personal devices (such as personal laptops).
Covid preparedness
APSA 2023 will provide masks on request, and we have a supply of RAT tests if you are feeling unwell during the event. A small number of CO2 monitors are available to borrow from the registration desk.
